Comments

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
• Service fees, convenience fees, and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.
• Refund amounts may vary according to supplier terms and conditions.

Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents during the journey.
• The agency is not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or penalties due to invalid or missing documents.

Changes and Modifications

• Any request for itinerary changes is subject to availability and additional charges.
• The agency reserves the right to modify schedules, routes, accommodations, or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability Disclaimer

• The agency acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and sightseeing providers.
• We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any events beyond our control.

• Any damage caused by a customer to property or equipment shall be the customer’s responsibility.
